If you are an end user (not a Red Lion Distributor), please be informed that Customer Service will contact you
for credit card information in the event that any repair fees are incurred against the repair.
Only units covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, at no charge.
Should you choose to order a replacement product before the repair/evaluation is completed, be aware you will be responsible for the cost of the new item plus the repair.
